I also appeared on the highest-rated morning news program in Phoenix, “Good Morning Arizona,” the day the book was released.<\/p>\n Ever-expanding social media outlets remain a crucial part of establishing a brand and reaching readers, but don\u2019t overlook media coverage just because it can be time-consuming and frustrating.
